pics don't do them justice, but in person they are mind blowing sexy. rays' volk te37 saga time attack limited edition wheels size 18x9.5+44mm et (1mm off from our highly recommended specs of no more than 9.5" width and no less than 45mm et). mounted on them are yokohama advan a052 supplied by our partner discount tire in size 265/35/18.

pics will show both concavity (very hard to capture due to the shade of the matte black finish but proven with measurements) and most importantly - perfect fitment with ZERO rubbing and a little bit of room to play with yet.

specs:
wheels - 18x9.5+45mm et (requires 72.6 od --> 64.1 id aluminum hub centric rings
tires - 265/35/18 (runs wider the most tires in same size) and has 10" tread width as measured (vs. ps4s 9.5" tread width)
springs - eibach pro kit (soon to change to sportline for testing...then full coilovers for r&d work)
front camber - -1.8 degs negative each side
rear camber - -2.3 degs negative each side
lug nuts - kics iconix r40 black open end lug nuts with locks and no caps
ceramic coating - gtechniq c5 wheel armor ceramic coating and topped off with 2x layers of gtechniq exo v4

full review in our fb group coming soon...

Going through the same shit myself...How bad was it and how long did u wait?
The damage was a touch over 4k. The damaged parts were numerous, including bumper and grill, upper grill, lower lip, passenger fog grill, engine belly pan, and a few exhaust heat shields. I dropped the car off on a Monday and had it back Friday afternoon. I think I lucked out with my body shop and they really did a great job. The body shop manager guy said the guy that actually did the work was talking the managers ear off about how trick the front suspension is and how cohesive the whole package was with all the functional aero. I was initially worried about them joyriding but I snapped pics of the mileage before I left and neither of the milage clocks moved at all so I'm happy.

I didn't really need it as I don't drive much (working from home) but it hurt not having it around. I feel your pain and hope everything works out for you quickly and accurately!

Dang, sorry to hear that. After having just got mine from the body shop...I'm now a bit terrified it's going to happen again. Hope you are able to get it taken care of and, more importantly, that it never happens again.

Gtechniq C5 wheel armor ceramic coating finished with 2 layers of Gtechniq EXO V4 top coats. Good for two years. No one waxes wheels anymore or shouldnā€™t be.

Would you recommend coating wheels first before putting tires on them or other way around? A shop that I went to for clear coat told me that i should mount the tires onto the wheels first and then bring it to them so it doesn't get damaged during the tire mounting process.

Tested Hondata traction control on 91-oct base map + window-welded rear mount. Honestly I'm not feeling any additional NVH from the "improved" mount. Car seems to pull harder and gets up to speed quicker. However, I didn't want to test traction limits due to newly mounted budget tires (245/35/20). I'll run these for another year before shopping for set of summer tires that the car deserves.

I'm happy with the current setup so Flex-fuel kit is put on shelf. Next is to install eBay grille, apply PPF on the front, and seal and wax the paint. And at 600 miles (currently at 350), change MTF to AMSOIL.

Either way is fine. When mounting tires they donā€™t do anything much with spokes or inside barrel of the wheels. You donā€™t need to coat outside the barrel which is covered up by the tire anyway.

I do it before hand since itā€™s lighter and easier to handle than after with tires on. Just personal preference.

Jā€™s Racing GT carbon fiber 1600 mm wing arrived from Go Tuning. Itā€™s made by Voltex for Jā€™s Racing and is exactly the same except it has different end caps which are notched and looks better than the Voltex rectangular end caps.

Quality is impeccable and the gloss finish has zero defects. It actually measures exactly 1590 mm. Stock wing measures 1200 at top of stands outside to outside and at widest of stands at 1490 mm. Which puts the Jā€™s wing at exactly 50 mm per side past the widest part of the stock wing stands or inside the outer most edge/crease of the tail light housing.

Those measurements are important because two reasons why you do not want the 1700 mm wing Voltex sells:

1) Itā€™s been proven on track the 1700 mm increases drag a lot and even on slow corners increased understeer.

2) Voltex themselves do not recommend the 1700 mm especially on street use.

Detailed testing on and off track coming with a full review write up soon. For now these are hard to get so if you really want one, only Go Tuning has it and only 3 are available in stock. Otherwise be it Jā€™a branded or Voltex branded, youā€™ll have to wait 2-3 months before more are shipped over with most being presold.

It comes in a very big box as you can see. Also, we are working to design a new front splitter given weā€™ve not found any current splitter up to our design, install, and quality standard to date that doesnā€™t require modifications to fit.
