Removed ECU and sent it in:

While waiting for the ECU to return, installed eBay "STAINLESS STEEL HEAVY WEIGHTED ROUND SHIFT KNOB." It weighs 1.1 lbs and measures 2" across (vs 1.85" OEM). Shifting feels markedly more smooth and precise, that's before the next mod...

3M window welded the dog bone (still waiting for it to cure, needs 3 days). And will be swapping out the transmission fluid to AMSOIL shorty. I initially ordered 2 quarts but the CTR needs 2.3 quarts (so ordered another one and still waiting for it to arrive). My odometer reads 300 miles. Is there any harm changing the transmission fluid this early or should I let her break in at 500 to 700 miles before changing?

Sweet. How long did it take you to install it?
Around 3 hours. I was in no rush though, and really took my time. I messed with all of the adjustments for at least half an hour as well until I was happy.

If I did it again, I think I could beat Acuity's quoted 90 minutes without issue.

Toughest part for me was getting the metal clip that holds the cable to the ball on the lever of the shifter assembly to sit properly. I can break down the console in 5 minutes, but I'll sit there dropping that clip over and over again for an hour.

Need to tune it still. Some songs sound horrible, some too much bass, and some good.
It's a start :)

Also got the ValentineOne installed on the mirror.

installed the flex fuel from sirimoto. I ended up putting the gauge inside so i ran the wires to the cabin. Ran it clean so almost no wire from the ethanol sensor / ECT2 is visible.

also made a custom bracket for my mishimoto cause the flex fuel bracket gets in the way. Trying to think of a better way to get those bolts to look oem also.
