Tuned resonance is the best way to get rid of drone. It's what we have done on the FK7, the FC1, and now the FK8. More details in the coming weeks.

Try the q400...heard it doesnt drone like the R400.

OP as I mentioned...lots of complaints of drone with the R400...try the Q400.

Legamax is awesome though. I have it.

I had a milltek non resonated that didnt drone. It sounded really mean but was too loud outside the car that it was slightly embarrassing when I'd barely get on it.

Legamax is more tame and perfect for daily driving imo
How does it sound in the car with the windows up?

I deleted the second smaller front resonator this week (I deleted the larger mid resonator a few weeks ago) and I am finally happy with the exhaust sound. It’s a little boomy when on the gas at highway speeds but honestly it was like that stock and that’s just a little louder now.
Sorry the sound cuts out some in the video I can’t figure out how to make my iPhone not do that.

After a year of ownership, I can confirm that the Remus doesn’t drone. Even with an aftermarket DP, you’d only really hear it at cruising when you’re traveling at 70 mph+. And even then, with the baffle closed, it’s very mild.

If you have plans to stay with the stock downpipe I recommend you any exhaust of the options provided here. As soon as you change the dp specially catless the only catback that I know that has zero drone is Milltek. Whats good about milltek is that they have 3 styles: non resonated, part resonated and resonated. You can start with the non res for me it sounds perfect for stock dp’s. If you later decide that you want to go catless you can order any of the resonators until you quiet it down to your liking. All parts of the catback are interchangeable between them. I personally have the resonated version with a catless dp and drive 50min one way to work mon-fri. No issues with drone, can have a peaceful conversation at 70-80mph at 3,000rpms on the highway. DM me if interested.

I have the non resonated version with PRL catless. It is loud and raspy. I definitely wouldn't recommend catless with non resonated. Sounds tinny as well. Do you have any sound clips of yours? And are you fully resonated or partly resonated?
