Nope. If you have fog lights already, they are drop in replacements!!!!!!
I think I've just found them in the online catalog, but still not sure of the background of it, is it a standard thing for the Type R? Or what trim does it come from? (Just curious :) )

2nd oil change @ the dealer today, before I went in, have added BG EPR to do a good annual clean up, also put BG 44K in the fuel couple days ago :)

I usually have my eco mode on, and only turn it off when I feel like some instant power. After a year of driving, I do feel that the acceleration is like having half more eco mode on (sluggish), off eco mode is still fine, but it's hard to compare since I don't use it enough.

It could be just me, but after these treatments, I do feel the power is back, just that little bit, since it didn't lost that much really. It was more obvious when I applied it to my old car.

They look just like the type r fogs, but they have the standard harness socket and can be a drop in replacement for the halogen fogs.

Ok. Seems about comparable to the halogens. Maybe a little less throw, but much brighter for closer stuff. Also, the highs are fucking great. Feels like I have a light bar. I am unsure about their longevity, I had one fail a little under a year, but depo covered then under warranty and sent me a new set! Apparently few folk have had failures, so I guess my experience may be an outlying anecdote.

Also, I finished the day out by installing splash guards and the cargo net. Fyi, the cargo net requires drilling out 4 push pin holes, and then securing a rivet nut in each. College Hills Honda sells the tool for 100 bucks....I tried to make my own with a bolt, nut, locking washer, and a regular washer, it was mildly successful..... finished one before the bolt broke and cut my hand up good. I took the car to Inver Grove Honda in MN and I traded my last Guinness (from the work on my car day treat cooler) to a tech for installing the other 3 rivet nuts. Took him 5 minutes and he did not cut up his hand! It also took 45 minutes for the service folk to understand what I was asking for, and then they tried to figure out the quote..... ended up costing me a beer, but your mileage may vary. Inver Grove Honda is fucking awesome.

EDIT: Obligatory "all done" pictures for the lights and the led dash switches.

Sounds like something I would consider to have, the price I saw online is quite expensive, but I think it's still cheaper than the JDM OEM yellow led

Yes, I paid $200 with shipping for them. Basically type r, no extra harness required, OEM, and new.

Wait... $200, that's a lot cheaper than what I've found, I found it for $153 each + shipping... Where did you get them??
