Oof ouch my heart: It's totaled

Hi all my name is Lauren, never posted on this site, I discovered it when I got my 17 EX but never even bothered to join. Anyways, couple weeks ago someone ran a red and hit me and totaled my beloved 2017 EX Sedan. Needed some new Civic friends to cry with, lol!

Thank you!! I made out ok!! No injuries whatsoever but a broken heart haha! I have my eyes set on a 2018 so I can't wait to get it.

Oof. Yeah. Glad you weren’t hurt. Cars can be replaced. One good thing though, we finally get to meet you.

I'm glad you're okay. But, totaled?

That's kinda scary. I'm thinking there must be much more damage on the side or the "frame" must be mangled. I notice the side airbag seemed to deploy, but the driver's did not.

I think I have seen much worse damage repaired.

That's a shame it was a cute car and so are you. At least there are plenty of others and it kept you safe. The Civic Queen can still sit on the throne lol.

I believe I speak on behalf of the CivicX community that we are glad that you are safe.
I hope the car is insured. It is always painful to let go of a car, but driving the next one and getting to know it eases the pain... at least for me.

What about the Accord 2.0t?

Nah. Civic is small and nimble. Accord is a boat in comparison. We have both.
