So got on the hype train and bought/used Maguires spray on ceramic wax. I have not had time to wash my car lately (about a month) and I will say I'm impressed so far as you can see below it is still in full effect and my car is still shockingly clean (not spotless). It's supposed to last 6 months so I guess I shouldn't be surprised it's working a month later. I will say the initial application wasn't as simple as YouTube made it out to be because mine streaked like hell, but it did buff out. I would definitely recommend this product and it can be reapplied quite easily (initial applicator is a little more tricky)

I tried Mother's CMX as a booster and I like it. Less build up of dirt on the outside of my car and rain seems to actually wash some away now.

Yeah this is the effect I'm getting with the Maguires... Realitively cheap for how long lasting it is

I'm using it as a topper and had it applied in the whole exterior (paint, glass, trims, plastics) :) it is ok for the price. After it runs out, I will try hydro2 as it looks easier to use.

I was impressed with it, though it was a little tricky to apply. It streaks a little, and if it dries it absolutely will NOT buff out without getting it wet again.

I did try the maguires ceramic spray this past weekend was very impressed it’s rainy season in Florida now the rain beads off the car . I do have the cquartz ceramic coatings have to get around to apply on my car probably when cooler weather comes but Meguiar ceramic spray gives you a good idea how ceramic coating will work

I'm worried about this stuff because it looks weird to put on. What do you do put it on a wet car? It kind of weirds me out. I usually use Meguiar's NXT Tech Wax every 2-4 months, and in between as a top coat after regular washes I use Meguiar's Quik Wax. Interested in this though.

Yea, on the first application, you spray it on while the car is still wet after washing and then just buff it in. Every other wash afterwards is just spray on while wet and just spread it with the power washer and then towel dry. I'm definitely impressed with the waterbeading and how slick it makes the surface feels.
