One of these. I would reccomend a well nut as another mentioned. this will remove some paint. Not a noticeable amount as it will be hidden. If I had of know about well bits before hand I would have used one.

Well I was thinking about going back to stock grill because I broke my black grill . so if you wanted to sell the black overlay I could be that guyOh, for now no. But I have plans.

So what exactly does this mirror do? I've seen a few civics that have installed them and still am clueless.Finally had a chance to install the auto dimming mirror/compass.
I’m used to having them standard in all my previous vehicles. It basically automatically dims the mirror when there are bright lights behind you at night. It also has a built in compass. I know, probably two things that people don’t typically care about. Some also have built in garage door buttons, so that’s always a nice feature to have if needed. Dealer usually charges $300+ for this, so for me it was a no brainer to do it myself for $60.
I honestly don't think I am for one the stitching is gray getting it to color match will be close to impossible. If I do I think I would go with black... but really in pictures it doesn't really capture the color just right the stitching is a darker gray color and really doesn't look all that bad
but I now have the auto-dimming mirror in my Si and it cost me $0.00 dollars and free cents lmao. I just gotta buy the harness from Honda for $37 bux. Even without the harness, the mirror itself is just under an inch wider, maybe 3/4” or so.
