Type R's for sale in Metro Detroit

So unless I havent been paying attention it looks like there are some new Type Rs in Metro Detroit. From what car gurus are showing they all look less than 15 days in the state! Just for the sake of conversation, was interested who is looking to buy them. LaFontaine has championship white, Jeffrey and Victory Honda have blacks, Jim Riehl has rallye red, and Suburban has the blue. I wonder how long these will last as they are all listed right around MSRP.
