Hello all,

was wondering if some members could shine some light on what it's like to drive and own a Fiesta ST compared to the Si or EX-T model civics. I currently own a 17 EX-T 6MT sedan (pretty similar to an Si) with 16k miles but was thinking about trading it in for something lighter and more tossable after driving around the UK while on vacation. Hence, the fiesta ST. However, I'm worried about growing weary of the interior quality. Thoughts? Would this be a downgrade, or a side grade?

edit: I understand these are 2 different classes of cars, but both are budget "enthusiast" cars and are often cross-shopped.
edit2: I've also owned a 2010 Honda Fit, and thought that handled pretty well except for the lack of power. any comparisons there are welcome too!

Keep your rare unicorn manual EX-T and get some better tires and/or Ktuner or Flashpro and enjoy your semi-Si. Better than taking a bath in trading it in. Add a thicker rear sway bar and front strut bar if you want even better handling.

Your EX-T is light years better than the '10 Fit in terms of power, handling, and comfort. I know because I used to own one ('08 Fit Sport) and now I have a EX-T.

If you desire to trade it in, I'd say the Si or CTR is a better choice. Good luck.

Last mine was a FOCUS ST. Intake, custom exhaust, intercooler and a COBB. FEW WORDS..... Now I have a REAL CAR! A 2018 SI COUPE. Just Ktuned TSP STG1 AND A DROP IN FILTER. And without the pains I used to have with the FOST....... FEELS BETTER, AND FASTER....

The interior on the Fiesta is not great compared to the Si. Especially now that it is technically previous gen and dated. I hear they're great to drive but personally solidity is important to me, personally, and I doubt the Fiesta can match the Civic in this respect.

From a purely aesthetic perspective, the FoST and FiST interiors seriously look like trash. They have not aged gracefully.

Since that's where I spend 100% of my driving time, I'd say go for an Si or keep your EX-T and put some upgrades on it.
