Just to throw more fuel on the fire, here's Honda Pro Jason's Type R (which he did have repainted) in Phoenix Yellow side by side with the 2019 Tonic Yellow. It's a huge difference.
I've seen tonic yellow in person and in pictures (my friend owns one.) No amount of photoshop or lighting could make it look yellow like in OP's picture. Car in OP is painted, not a factory color. Sheesh.
