S2000 owners question about genuine parts

I know there's a lot of S2000 owners here on this forum.

Considering buying one of the newer versions that were made.

The major parts supplier in Canada that I know of is Toronto Honda Parts. They seem to sell S2000 parts that you can choose from fiches of the car's various modules.

Does anyone know if parts suppliers like these actually have the ability to order esoteric parts like those for a 2009 S2000?

Anyone have experience with this? If I order OEM headlight assemblies from these suppliers, will they actually deliver on those parts or do they just have those fiches online because they come from some database they don't maintain?

Dealership don't maintain the database. If the dealership doesn't have the item in stock, they will order the part from Honda. Honda does maintain a database of parts they have available, but that's not publicly available to us common folks.

Most dealership that sells online use a 3rd party vendor to host and maintain their online store.

Don’t know the answer to your question but I do know you should definitely get an S2K! Love mine! I find myself walking past my CTR and driving the S2K so much more!
