New shoes:
TE37 OG - 18x10 +41
AD08R - 265/35/18
R40 Iconix Neochrome Lug Nuts

I've got Swift Springs waiting to go in, but I need to cut the rear fenders a bit first.

Can you take pictures of the fender areas you cut when you do? I am going with that exact set-up in white.

I have never felt as liberated driving almost anywhere on the map as I do with this vehicle. Huge curving on-ramp? Challenge accepted with glee. Massive car congestion with sizable car-to-car gaps that I can punch into? Yes, please. Super short pass zones? Oh hell yes and then some.

The only thing I haven't gotten used to so far after a month or so of driving is the width of the car. I feel a bit out of my element in cramped parking garages, and when I see an open spot on the street that requires parallel, I quickly drive away. I'm used to driving more compact cars, so it's been an adjustment. Heck, my wife's 2018 CR-V is an inch slimmer than this beast, which is kindof humorous to the both of us.
My coworker has the previous gen crv and we both back in, my car is bigger than hers

Swapped 255/35-18 Indy 500s for 255/40-18 PS4S. No pics yet but happy with the swap, I think the PS4S is the best all around tire offered, honestly. More than that, I like the height closer to or just above the stock tire height. Wheels are +38 and I'm stock ride height. Would have went 265/40 but pretty sure it would rub.

Completely agree. After 18 months this car is still amazing to get into and go challenge the world (well, all the way to the office each day). Even this morning ... stop light turns green and I take off like usual, which is pretty quickly. And I noticed a 911 passing me. Now, I really like smoked fish, but my favorite snack is Smoked Porsche! Only took a few seconds till I was passing him. And yeah, a 911 should beat my CTR, but many races are half due to the machine, and half due to the driver. And we were both laughing when we got to the next light.

A very experienced, respected, much older friend of mine, who has owned several different Porches, told me the CTR is a Porsche in reverse. Ha!

Drove my son down to the NYIAS in it. We got some many compliments on it. The best part, we saw the Type-R at the Honda display and there were lots of people around it so we went to check it out. As people we oooing and ahing about it my so. Casually said “we drove here in one!”
