hey everybody, I been trying to find the darkest smoked side marker for my fk7 this past few weeks. I have checked out the DEPO that is popular on the forum and as well the IJDMTOY. I found that the DEPO one wasn't as dark at all in term of smoked, and the the IJDMTOY had many issue as needing to be sanded and moisture problem.
I found these smoked side marker on eBay but was very skeptical at first at how dark they were. I asked for more pics but two of the sellers refused to show me some since that the only pic they have. Nevertheless, I bought it and I am extremely happy with it. It cost 13$ and the housing itself is a very dark clear plastic housing that doesn't have the visible small bumps like the depo or OEM one. They are very dark in broad daylight, almost as black as my grill and such. I believe these are the darkest side marker in the market. The only thing I would warn about this is that it might face the same problem as IJDMTOY. It is not sitting flush against the car panel in the upper portion so I am afraid moisture will get in. I will test it for a couple of day and edit this thread if it get water on the inside. This might be due to poor installation but these are are super easy to install so I doubt it. Overall, darkest side marker in the market while being affordable
