I have a 2018 Civic Coupe Si. Currently running Ktuner TSP Stage 1. I have the PRL cobra CAI w/race MAF and Invidia R400 exhaust waiting to go on.
I want to do full upgrades to front pipe, cat-less downpipe etc at the same time. Basically, I wanna upgrade it all except the turbo. What parts do you recommend? I don't need to do emissions, so a cat is not needed...I am assuming best gains are made without a cat. Pretty much just looking to maximize gains by pulling in more and pushing the most air possible. I realize I will need to upgrade the clutch also...hence the need to do all of this at once and then straight on the dyno. Also, what of the new parts do you recommend getting cerakoted? Is this only for corrosion resistance or will it help with heat too? Hopefully I can get all the parts ordered through Two Step Performance asap to take advantage of the 10% off sale. Thanks so much!

Prl dp/fp combo, Prl Intercooler, Prl flex fuel kit and tsp stage 2(for flex fuel). Lava wrap the downpipe. The clutch is the hard decision, if I had to put a clutch on today it’d be the type r retro fit but I’m not local to eman and not sure how long those orders take etc, other wise I’d get the cm fx350 with single flywheel but I’d be worried that it wasn’t a great purchase. Spec is supposed to have a fix for their clutch soon you could call tsp and ask about it(should read the recent clutch discussion threads first tho).

Also make sure you ask for the race maf calibration for your tune when you install the intake unless you’re going straight to get it tuned. The most important thing is who is tuning your car, all those quality parts won’t matter much if you’re not getting tuned by someone familiar with the platform, they may be a great tuner but not a great civic x tuner. And just my personal opinion I think you should take a more step by step approach and enjoy the car at each stage of power, putting all the power in at once will make it take less time for the itch for more power to come. Depending on what type of roads you enjoy the car on and how you push it, better tires and a small suspension upgrade might be nice to have. But that’s just my opinion other wise enjoy the car and new mods!!

I don't really need the flex fuel kit...corn gas is nowhere around my part of the state. I will be having a custom tune done at the dyno. This isn't my first boosted car....this is my slow, commuter car that I am trying to eek out a bit more without going full race like on my other car haha. I have a full on built 91 CRX, with a boosted B16a that decimates most vehicles on the road unless they're close to 500 hp....so this isn't my first rodeo. ;) I was even daily driving it and will still do so in the summer. I have been in the boosted game for years.

I am kind of hoping to get some answers from PRL too. I am seeing the parts on the site and it says 1.5t, which I get is what we have, but it doesn't say Si...so I was unsure if they're the same thing. And also looking for dyno on catted vs catless...not sure it is going to be worth the extra noise of catless. I could always add a resonator or two, space dependent.

Yea they are the same thing, the parts labeled for the 1.5 are for the si as well as base civics. I think the intake is the only bolt on that differs, and catbacks. Damn nice crx! My si is my commuter too, I’m looking out for a project car currently. Really want a rsx, maybe even an old 335 since they can be bought for pretty cheap and I hear good things about the n54 engines

Thanks...lots of blood,.sweat and tears went into my "C-Rex". Both the RSX and 335i would make excellent choices. I almost bout the twin turbo 335. That is an excellent motor and when properly built and tuned you're looking at BIG power and pretty reliable. It is also pretty easy to get in killer shape for not too much money....and then can you say hardtop convertible? Oh yeah baby! My next build will either be a 335i hardtop convertible or a twin turbo LS something...undecided on platform.

Hell yea! My first car was a 06 325i with 150k miles on it. Made it all the way to 296k before I got rid of it.

Apologies for the late response. If you didn't order anything by now and if you still want the works without the turbo upgrade.
Do a catless downpipe, frontpipe combo. Intercooler w/ upgraded charge pipes. Clutchmasters FX 350 has been the go to for clutches as the sprung version is easy going and still holds significant torque. You will also want to consider a hasport rear mount as the stock will wear out with the added power. And don't forget if you ever do want to upgrade your turbo our kit is very straightforward and compatible with all our parts(other than the downpipe).
