Do you have any update if they are fit?
I think I’ll try it this weekend it’s been very cold. Don’t want to mess around the urethane bumper or trim in cold weather. I’ll keep the forum updated possibly doing a video if I can get someone to help me but I will let everyone know how it turned out.

I just bought a set of 08V31-TBA-100H from college hills. I plan to remove the bumper to fix an issue I am having with my depo led headlights, so I will report back about the compatibility of the college hills 2019 led fogs in a 2018 civic si sedan.

Does anyone know if I need a harness adapter? I found a few bad pics from the install instructions on College Hills Hondas site, but the instructions seem to be for a different part number....

I just installed on my 2018 Sport Touring. As ladysi said, they are drop in replacements. I just removed the fake vents to install. Found that I really didn't have to pull on them very hard if you find the right spot on the tab and push it down a bit it comes out pretty easy, trickier with the first tab but then once you get one you get a better gap and can see where the other tabs are. Used gorilla tape to protect the bumper from the screwdriver. I did the passenger side first for the learning since the driver side has the radar unit. Driver side was the same, radar unit is set back enough that it's unlikely you're going to muck it up.
