Saw a post about 3 Things You HATE about driving and thought... Hate Sucks! How about 3 Things You LOVE about Driving Your Si.

1. KTuner - Thought my Si was the best thing since sliced bread UNTIL I installed the Ktuner....WOOOOTTTT!!

2. Going FAST in turns/corners/curves, of course, safely. Not putting other drivers in danger... Love the Back road drives!!

3. Turbo WOT - didnt care about the turbo when I bought the Si, just wanted to drive faster than in my old truck and zing around during my mid-life crisis. WHOA! Never selling this car...

I figure everybody will have some variations like the interior smell, the mods, the feel of POWER,.. Let us Hear you out..

I like this idea.

1. I love not driving a boring dad-car to and from work every day. Just the knowledge that I'm in a brand-new Civic Si, and that it looks and feels amazing brightens my day.
2. The compliments I get on her at gas stations, drive-thru windows, and in the parking lot at work.
3. The grip.. holy hell the grip in corners. I took her through some mild twisties on Hwy 9 in GA between Dawsonville and Dahlonega and pushed the speed a little, and never managed to even make the tires squeak at speeds I wouldn't have dreamt of carrying in the old Mazda 6.

1. Feels very planted in turns. Very good stock damping tuning from the factory.
2. The sound of engine/exhaust. Not loud enough for a random passenger to say "your car is very noisy", but good and mellow enough for me to feel how the engine is doing. I like this soft and deeper tone (comparing to the 9th gen)
3. The feel. This is the best thing for me driving a Si. I always feel special driving one. Drove some higher performance cars but they just didn't give this unique feeling.

1. Hondata FP.

2. Sames as your #2. The way this bitch hooks up in corners and curves, its an amazing machine.

3. The looks. The coupe is sexy af especially when lowered and with the HFP side skirts. And the spoiler gives it that sleek sporty look.

1. Mileage. I used to drive an EBP EM1 Civic Si so I got roughly 22 MPG on average maybe a tad more.
2. Si has ABS and LSD!
3. Handling is really satisfying! I can't say anything about speed really cause she's still in her "break in" period :)

1. Modding/ktuner - this is the first car I've actively wanted to work on and change things on to push it faster. It's helped me learn quite a bit of new things and how to fix a few things.

2. Driving feeling - Coming from a 91 Duster, then 13 Dart, this car has been a ton of fun. Quick and just enough power without draining the gas/bank.

3. Community - online and offline, people meet, talk, fix issues, etc. Helps a ton when it's your first car that you're modding.
im giving you a thanks simply because black coupe.

1. I love the look of my Si. It is the first car I have owned that gets pointed at by kids with open mouth smiles.
2. This is my first modding car. I feel like it is the perfect platform to build on. Working on this car as literally given me the most joy I have ever had in a hobby. I have zero regrets when making new purchases. My favorite installation was my new downpipe.
3. It is a manual. I couldn't have bought it otherwise. I love putting my foot on the clutch and downshifting to pass. It is just a kick ass feeling that can't be replicated from an auto.

My 3:

1. She's a beautiful lady. Sexy and smooth on the outside. Hot and feisty on the inside. Definitely not a grand pa's car.
2. No try, only do. When I choose to be somewhere else - another lane, around someone, away from someone - it takes me there. Period.
3. I have never modded a car. This car and you all here have given me this opportunity. Not a bad hobby for my retirement!

1. The handling/performance. It's great from the factory, and incredibly easy to crank it up a notch.
2. Four doors and a big trunk make it double as a family car easily.
3. THE COLOR. Sweet baby Odin, the color. Back in the 90s I was a big Honda hater, but when the EM1 came out in Electron Blue Pearl, I thought "Damn, that's a Civic I'd love to have." Never ended up getting one, but when I saw the new Sis were going to be turbo, and come in a color that was very reminiscent of EBP, I was sold.

I love having a manual transmission again. After driving the CR-V I was ready for a fun ride.

It's a super smooth ride. Like...super smooth.

It looks awesome from the outside. I get looks. I'm not a pretty girl, but people check out my car all day long.

It puts a smile on my face every time I climb in, even just commuting to work. It is a joy in the corners and I long to take it down to the Ozarks to hit the twisties….but, I also own a Honda Interceptor motorcycle, and leaning over till the peg's scrape, makes it my favorite back road scratcher. I love the way it looks in rally red, which BTW is the color of my Interceptor (called Italian red for bikes), and the tint I put on the windows (including windshield) makes it look a little sinister. I am 68 years old and I love the look of surprise when I clamber out of the thing. After enjoying the car for nearly a year, I went ahead and installed the K tuner, It is now my favorite car I've ever owned, and will most likely be my last. No desire to own anything else.
