So, I had my speakers replaced and the midbass is nonexistent. Was wondering how you guys managed to seal it properly?

Sound deadening mat, foam fast rings, speaker gasket tape

I got soundskins on my doors, inside and from the hole. Also have fast rings.

Those made a huge impact in my install. If you don't have it, try gasket tape.

After break in your sound should improve.

If you try a different speaker, you may want to try something with higher sensitivity
