Did I tune it wrong?

finally got my tuner and opted for the V1 rather then the v2 (dumb), and I had it flashed but now none of my Cruise control works, and i mean none, all of the honda sensing was turned off, and cannot be turned on at all.... did i do something wrong? and even though i had bolt ons for about 2 weeks on with no tune i feel like i was expecting a bit... more?

It recalibrated after 40miles thanks guys
