Just a tip and its free. Did this to my 2017 Civic.

The led light between the map lights, the hole is very undersized and barely gives off light. Compared to my Odessey that has a much bigger hole and gives off a nice light at night.

On my civic I took that out, drilled the hole bigger and now lights up my center console and shifter much much better. Hardly gave off any light at all before due to the hole being too small. If the assembly that holds the led is loose and falls out, as mine did new. Bend out the clips that hold it in and it will snap in tight after.
Is it bright enough now to be distracting? One thing I like about the small LED hole is that I don't really notice the center console until I look down, and then it's just enough light to see my coffee mug or whatever I've got.

Rear brake pads, oil change, summer kicks, and a wash

How many miles u got before the pads replacement?
Upgraded my rear sway bar to the 22mm Eibach one at the stiffest setting. Crazy how much you can feel the body roll through corners be reduced.

Curves on the highway at high speeds also feel more planted and give a sense that overall the car is more stable even at higher speeds - excited to eventually lower my car and get even more handling.
Wait until you have the front sway bar. It gets even better.

Saw the idea first on this forum. Whoever thought of this is a brilliant person! I successfully copied it for my hatchback. No more scratching and fumbling to grab the handle. It is now red and easy to grab.

Probably won’t do the front sway bar as I’ve already got a front strut tower bar and I don’t really feel like having to drop the subframe but I guess we’ll see - lowering springs are next

Online orders are arriving one by one, and these are very minor additions:
1) had the dashcam almost installed. Just waiting for the fuse tap to arrive today. It is behind the mirror. The lens is centered (at least it looks to me)
2) some anti slip mats and a color-matching angled usb cable. I'll have to trim the mat for the rear door cup holder (maybe the hatchback rear door is different from the sedan)
3) also (gift from a friend) - meguire's hybrid ceramic wax to try this approaching weekend as ceramic coat topper

No pictures yet, had the first service performed at 5083 mi consisting of:
Oil & filter change, Mobil1 0W-20 EP, M110a filter (I supplied) All fluids checked
Tire rotation, Vehicle Multi-Point inspection performed
1255F2 Product Update Campaign: Software update, Fuel level sensor, updated PCM to correct
This possible issue.
Dealer installed First Place Finish Ceramic Hydrosilic Coating (This is a new product for my dealer, performed
This at no charge as a test, works well, car looks fantastic & flawless!)
As this was a first service, there was no charge for anything.
Had the opportunity to see the underside of the car after service, lower engine shield was properly reinstalled, all fasteners in place, looked new. Very pleased with this dealership for 35 years, their work has always been confidence inspiring.
I took an oil sample before service, sent to Blackstone Labs to establish a baseline for future UOA's, I'll try to post it.

I put rain visors and smoked marker lenses on mine. Man! do those smoked markers make a HUGE difference in the appearance of this car- especially since it is Polished Metal color. the orange ones are/ were hideous.

Do the rain visors truly keep the rain from dripping in ?

Installed TypeRLED’s - reverse and flashing brake. Also deleted the “civic” badging

(Upgraded lights on the right, OEM on the left)

The whole point of them is, You crack your window just enough to let the air in but you keep it above the bottom of the rain visor if that makes sense so air can come in and no rain and it also limits dust coming in as well
It also lets you crack open the windows while it's raining and lets your farts vent out.
