I think having #00001 would be a burden if you did anything with it other than keeping it inside a vacuum-sealed display case. Imagine being the owner of the first production 2017 Type R and having any imperfection at all on the exterior or interior.
Yeah. I'd probably spend a good bit extra on it IF I was rich and was one of those guys that had high end cars inside some nice climate controlled building that was used to store high end cars like art.

Totally agree with this. Unless I was trying to build a museum collection just to look at and not drive (aka if I was rich), then it would suck to own a #00001. The same can be applied to the low mileage, unmolested limited edition cars that recently sold, like the $64K ITR.
