PLM is currently having a sale until 03/10 on their intercooler kit. I know their downpipe has bad fitment issues(i have it) but the quality is pretty good. Has anyone here installed this intercooler?

The PLM kit is a poor quality copy of the kit from PRL. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this one, at any price.
I guess you get what you pay for. I'm curious to see someone post a pic of the PLM kit to compare it with the PRL kit.

Personally wouldnt buy from a company making knock off junk whose owner purchased a PRL product, shipped it to China, sourced a crappy core, then copied all the r&d for measurements from mounting points and brackets right down to using blue and black piping EXACTLY like PRLs. In this picture you can even see a whole row is welded shut from airflow on the PLM, plus others have said you can see completely through the PLM which isnt good for flow through the intercooler. and look at the trash welds on the end tanks compared to the PRL at the bottom, thats what you get when you buy junk made on an assembly line by robots instead of by hand right here in the USA.

Be Careful of "Unbiased Reviews" PLM likes to pay for "good" reviews. This is direct from the owner, the same owner who bought the PRL intercooler, direct from PRL and had it sent to China

Relax bro its just a Weld. Im also using PRL fp dp and cobra cai. I just thought this was a good deal with PLM and will see how it goes. And u guys can be the judge if it performs well or not based on my testing
LMAO, its not just a weld, its terrible business practices. But regarding the weld, well I mean, you're only running high pressure through the system, welds dont matter right? Seen the 8th gen Kidd Racing headers that cracked (same company as PLM) see the 9th gen downpipes they made, issues too. I'm sorry, Im not just gonna sit back and watch a trash company copy hundreds of hours of r&d, and then source cheap products from China to undercut the market so they can make a quick buck and move on to the next parts they copy. How would you feel if someone stole your work, the pawned it off as there own for less taking money from your pocket? Here, lets read exactly how it feels.

And lastly, as to you saying an honest review, You literally joined today, made one post saying you're going to give an honest review and we are supposed to believe that when we know they pay for reviews?

That won't be necessary. As a "user", you more than likely don't have all the instruments to measure what the IC is doing - so, claiming something that the supposed manufacturer has not claimed is moot.
The prudent buyer looks deeper than a typical user. They would want to see the R&D and Data to prove the worth of a product. The many manufacturers that DO NOT have this OR make it available are just as unfavorable.

THIS, SO MUCH THIS. Its why PRL and Mishimoto should be commended for their detailed threads here on CivicX of almost all the products they have developed and produced for this market. Complete transparency only to be ripped off

What is the interest in PLM products? Is it just COST for you?
and
Did you get your E-Tune sorted out with the STFTs in your Ethanol blend that you were using?

The reason I asked about the intercooler is I received an email from PLM advertising their intercooler and was curious to see if anyone had purchased it. As far as the tune, I'm still tuned by Steve. I haven't had any issues with it. I attached my latest datalog I sent to Steve in case anyone wants to check it out. I believe I was at 34% ethanol.

If you really want a quality IC and are concerned about price you can always opt for the Mishimoto IC and stay with the stock piping. $580 or so is a really good price for a sweet IC w/o the tubing.

I'm actually waiting on MAP to release their intercooler.
