Civic Hatchback Delivery Timeline (Canada/US)

Hey forum friends! I am trying to figure out how long it takes from order to delivery for the Civic hatchbacks built at the Swindon, UK factory to US/Canada. This is about cars that were not available in stock and hence had to be put into some kind of production queue/allocation queue. 8 weeks and counting for me, so really curious as to other peoples' experience.

I just read where Honda closed the plant in the UK that makes the hatchback. I don' t know where they are going to make them now... Japan?

They seem to be bringing hatch production back to North America but it is always possible they make them in Canada, US as well as Japan, based on proximity to their markets.

Swindon will only close at the end of this Civic generation, in 2021.
The next generation will be made in North America.
