Looks like the Motul 300V 0W-20 is holding up well. Any sponsors sale it? It is about time for my first oil service.

2200 miles total, this oil change only had 400 or so miles on it. Most of them track miles. Basically only road miles are getting to and from the track.

Car has 6 track days total, I think 2 on that oil change.

I get the oil changed every 2 track days usually. No oil cooler yet.

Oil analysis from my 2nd oil change. Had two hard track days on it and spirited driving on the weekends. I filled up with half a tank of 110 octane at one of the tracks not knowing it was leaded, which I wont do again. Aluminum still seems really high, and I filled up with amsoil 5W30 this time around, but I dont think I will be using amsoil anymore. Also, how did you guys post the pdf as an image and not a file, can't figure it out lol.

Here is mine. 2nd oil change. Did first at 986 miles. No track. Daily drive only.
NOT recommend to use Credit Card to pay. Had credit card fraud (over $1000) after that...
I could be wrong, but the only place I could think of leaked my information might be the black stone return mail sheet...

This is a great thread. I have almost 2k miles on my car. Have my first track event in a couple weeks. I was considering changing out the factory oil after the track weekend, but I was reminded that there are additives in the factory oil and the dealership told me to keep the oil unchanged until the maintenance minder goes off.

I'm not sure they were factoring in the track days when telling me that. Do you guys think I should do an oil change after that first track weekend?

Also, whenever I do the oil change, I'll send it to Blackstone. Already have the kit!

First UOA on my first oil change, back in February 2021. Did not collect a sample for the oil change I did yesterday, but plan to with my next one.

Note, I use PDF XChange Editor, it allows you to export a PDF as an image. And it is (was?) free.

I did not. I did mine after my 3rd track day (second weekend). MM was at about 30 percent, but I had boiled my brake fluid and had gotten the oil to 260F so figured I should. My plan from here out is to replace at 30 percent if I'm tracking. I think that's a number Lust uses as well.

Hello everyone and Merry Christmas. Here are my oil analyses of my Civic Type R FK2. It was the predecessor of the FK8 and was only available directly in Europe. The analysis on the far left was almost exclusively the racetrack and the way there with the Mobil 1 FS 0W40. The analysis on the far right is the fresh oil analysis of the Honda Engine Type 2.0 0W20 used by Honda in Europe. The analysis next to it is the used oil analysis with this oil, where the vehicle was also operated almost exclusively on the racetrack.
