39, and my first car was a '95 Hyundai Sonata, then bought a 2006 version of the same brand new. When that was totaled, I drove a beater Suzuki Grand Vitara, which was my first manual transmission car. From there I was able to purchase a 2015 VW Jetta Sport manual, which was totaled in December. That's when I bought my Si Coupe.

The accidents were not my fault, but I have bad luck.

Why did you go Honda and how do you like it? I love Subarus. The sound is nice and the ride just feels solid. I find this Civic to be sensitive and it wants me to be careful but a 2013 WRX I drove the other day with a heavy clutch felt like more work but just solid! Loud but good loud!

Btw, I’m 47. This is my first Civic, 7th Honda. Owned 2 Integras, 2 Legends, 2 Accords. 2017 HB Sport. My favorite was a Legend Coupe. Sound system was great, the V6 silky smooth and powerful, double wishbone suspension great handling, brakes gave fade, leather power seat very nice. I always liked the V6’s and plush ride of Legends but I’m down with this car now that I’ve modded it. The ride is a good mix of ride and handling, leather wrapped wheel feels nice in my hands, the FM radio is a joke but oh well. The looks are sharp, tires turn very nicely. Best thing is mileage and precise throttle graduations and how the tail will come out with throttle lift off!
I got bored with Subaru's and they are not very reliable with the same flawed motor since 2004 for the sti. they are very fun cars but need built motor right off the bat. wanted something new for a daily and fun toy. so far I'm pretty impressed with the r.

I'm 30, and I just got my Si a few months ago before my birthday. It was the best compromise I could come up with that was financially sound between getting a new car that was sporty, inexpensive, reliable or getting a motorcycle.

I had a phase in my early 20's when I lived in San Diego where I sold my car and only owned a couple motorcycles. It lasted a few excellent years, but eventually I had to sell them to buy a car.

I kind of want to get a Honda Grom to putt around town. Those things look ridiculously fun and there's a huge modding market for them.
As fun as the grom is, it’s really a glorified street legal pitbike. If going brand new I’d say go for a Ktm 390. If you really wanted a grom go used as it’s priced much more sensibly.

28!
My SI is my 4th car. I've had 2 Acura Integra's, and 2 Civics. Aside from the first integra, all of my cars have been manual ;)

44. My new 2019 Si Coupe makes me feel like I am 25 again! Wish it made me look 25 though ;) Worth every penny! No regrets!

Got my civic Si coupe when I was 18. I will turn 20 in two weeks. Had the car tuned since 8k miles. I had been researching the civic cars since I was 14 years old. An uncle of mine had an '08 Si and I really enjoyed riding in it, I figured when I had money I would get a new Si myself.

Living the dream so to speak!

68 years on planet earth. Just bought a 2019 civic si 2 days ago. Really enjoy the power to weight ratio, the crisp 6 speed manual and the suspension of the car is great. Looking forward to the journey
Hi,
What did you drive before?

I am 80 an I drive a 2017 SI coupe.It is modified and I invested more than 6000 dollars.Now, I like it very much.
I had my first SI in 1990...the last were one 2009, one 2013, but 2017 one is my prefered because it is very powerful
and has an incredible handling with four Michelin Pilot Sport 4S. It is the most elaborate and the most balanced
version, it lacks only power and has remedied it.
I bought it without seeing it. I wanted almost 2 months and I was the first to have a 2017 SI in my city.
It was june 29, 2017.
I am in good shape and I like to ride fast, very fast...
I am realistic and i think it is probably my last SI, maybe my last car.
When i am going to die,if they do an autopsy, they will find the SI letters engraved on my heart.

I'm 35. It's good to see young and old alike enjoying these cars. I'm impressed with you younger guys driving one of these. When I was 18 I was driving a $1600 Integra lol. Well done gents.

51 here. First car was a 79 Pontiac Grand Prix that I modified through high school and college. Bought a 85 Z28 after that and modified/restored through 2000. Had my first civic at that time as well.
