What did you do to your Type R today?

If Honda had just regular black carbon, I would sell my soul and buy every piece. That varis one looks good. I like the angled lip.
Of course, dry carbon is the best but also the unattainable unicorn at those insane prices

Not a mod, but I did finish the break-in period today. Did my first WOT pull in 3rd. I have winter tires on the car and they salted the roads tonight so I didn't want to bang through the gears, but it hooked in 3rd and wow does this car move.

I have a foxbody mustang that makes a dyno verified 300hp and weighs in at 3185lbs. There is no way the Type R only makes 306 horsepower. It has to be making at least 330 to the crank.

WeatherTech mats for front and back, probably going to wait a bit on the cargo tray. Still going to apply fabric protector to the floors (probably sounds a little like overkill but eh lol) I have fog light tints coming in tomorrow

Today I hauled more plywood haha
Four 8'x2' sheets and yes I was able to close the hatch
Used about a hundred bath towels to make sure it didn't scrape anything inside

Looks to be around $180. OEM's high walls are cheaper seems like...

What does the fuel cap cover do anyway...is it necessary?

My 2018 CTR CW did not come with it...which is not surprising as many owners early on did not receive this part. Thank you in advance .

Gearing up for my first born and thought I'd get to protecting the seats some:

1. Front Passenger Seat - Covered in "Dream Automotive" Tailored Blue Cover from U.K. (On Sale At The Moment) I live in the PNW and received it in less then a weeks time. Will purchase a 2nd one for the driver side as I love to hike and would hate to stain or damage those beautiful red buckets...plus if it ever needs service, I can just throw those on instead of relying on the crap plastic that barely covers the seats used by dealerships

2. Rear Passenger Seat - Lusso Gear Car Seat Protector (Durable, Waterproof and Leather Reinforced) Recommended by a fellow CTR family man

3. Baby On Board - Easily Seen From The Corner

It's just an add on piece for extra protection against water somehow someway getting down into your gas tank. Like if you're driving through a cat 5 hurricane or washing your gas cover with a fire hose, which apparently has happened to someone out there, creating the need for this piece.

I bought a set of off brand ones (OEDRO, never heard of them) for like 65 bucks shipped back in mid-February. They fit well and I'm happy with them. Currently out of stock and not as cheap right now though.

Installed the 5 lb. Shorai battery today. So far so good. Had to wait for the XS Power 580 post adapters to get here. Gives the Honda terminals something to pinch onto. Post adapters must have M6 thread screws, to screw into the shorai battery.
