Yeah when your mpg goes up by about 7mpg combined after an oil change it only makes you wonder how much lubricity was lost over that time and yes I put in 3.5 quarts Mobil 1 and pulled out 4.3 consecutively for a year straight. I loved the engine but hate how honda refused to acknowledge the problem.
