What is the official NGK part number for the Type R?

12290-59B-003 is OEM

Is there an alternative???

I believe the last time I posted on this thread, I was at approximately 21k miles.
Since then, the engine has blown (at about 22k miles), and Honda replaced it under warranty.
Today, I'm at about 26k miles, and I'm having the same spark plug issue as previously.
The ceramic insulator around the electrode is sliding.
I replaced it with a brand new NGK I had ordered just in case, but this is ridiculous.
Starting to look like these NGKs should be replaced yearly or you should run colder plugs like the HKS MR45HLZ
