Metra and American Int'l speaker mounting rings compared

Hi, just came across this thread, so you can confirm front speaker adapters are the same from 2006 to today? (i noticed the label on the bag says Civic 06-11).
I'm having a REALLY hard time finding adapter over here and was wondering if I could expand my search to include older model adapters.

Thanks for that YouTube Link.. shows clearly where the " AM/FM Tuner Module" is located !!! (at least on the Sedan -- might not be in the sme place on the Coup[e ??)
