Good friend just picked up the CW from Temcula. MSRP + $1700...... not bad and something I would consider if I did not have my RS already. They have a Blue and and Black there still available.
Agreed. That's getting pretty close for SoCal. Temecula usually is one of the dealers with a little more units on hand than most as well.

I went in person to both. Kastner Honda claimed they sold the sonic gray for $12k over since it was only 1 of 3 in Cali.
good god. did you fall on the ground laughing or what? there is no way they could be serious....

I'm actually surprised that there's still so many dealerships charging mark up on these cars. I've been shopping around for a CTR and i would say 90% of the dealerships I've spoken to have all agreed to sell at MSRP. I'm just holding out because I'm trying to get one under msrp. lol.

I just kinda shook my head and thanked him for his time. These guys are screwing up everyone else’s money.

I just got quoted $8K over for a car that has been sitting on the lot for over a month. I told him I was quoted MSRP out of state and only had to pay shipping but was foolish and didn't take it. He genuinely seemed to not believe me. I told him going rate for ADMs in SoCal was under $2K if he wanted to move the car. Maybe there are still people out there paying $5K+. I don't know why you would, but I'm not the one selling cars so I don't really know what the real going rate is in SoCal, just what I've heard on this forum.

Made a deal today and going to pick it up tomorrow, CTR in red....to go with my '16 Touring. Should be a fun day. Ended up getting $800 under MSRP + TTL on a '19 with around 400 miles on it. I was told a guy traded it in for a Ford F350. I thought that was interesting. Knock on wood it all goes well tomorrow but I think it will. I will have to drive around 140 miles one way but the other, best quote, for a local red one, was 40k +TTL....So I can drive a bit and get a used one...

Honda of the Avenues in Jacksonville FL won't go below $5k + MSRP. I offered them my flawless 2015 Civic Si at KBB trade in value and they declined.

I opened the conversation with, "I will not pay more than MSRP" but they wasted my time any way by continuing to text me and asking me to come in after I first went to look at the car.

I am driving a red CTR now.....not sure if it or my Touring sedan will be my daily driver yet. Stanley Ford in McGregor, Texas had it. They honored the price and they played no games. It is missing a key, which I wasn't made aware of till I was there, but still if a key is $300'ish (which I will get) then the price was $500 under MSRP on a '19 with 480 miles on it. My wife doesn't drive a manual so she isn't as happy as I am. But she wouldn't track a car and that is most likely where I will head in the future. I just drove it on the highway, and in some stop and go traffic too, for about 140 miles home and my average mpg was 31.7. Not bad.

The finance guy was very nice and kind of spoke quickly about the "add on" which was never mentioned. He said it was the sticker price (which was my agreement with sales) PLUS a $299 etching for safety. I said that wasn't the deal, no, and he took it off. Still a real nice guy and I have been down that add-on gigging road, as you are signing...Don't fall for it. This is 2 out of 2 times in the last 2 months it happened when buying a car (I helped my daughter's boyfriend buy his truck). Don't let them fast talk over the sales contract. IT is the most important part of the 15 papers you sign

Man it's been hell trying to find anything even close to MSRP in the bay area.
