Not enough tech information on that turbo.
Compressor / Exducer / Trim / Model / What is included with the kit / does it have a WG.
Too much missing.

Stick with a Gen 2 GTX Model, it will last you much longer guarranteed.
Don’t forget the other power mods:
DP, IC, Exhaust, Clutch, Flex Fuel Kit and Custom Tune(s).

$1550? That must be for the turbo alone, because that seems awful cheap. Let's not for get this would absolutely require a tuner $450-$650 and most definitely a new clutch $800-$1000. Also you'd need the flex fuel kit which is in the $400 range. So $1550 is quite deceiving XD.

Straight Direct bolt on. The photo in this is tuned from DRob and is the first Pure turbo released. He said it is basically the same as 27Won in terms of whp and wtq.

If you want flex fuel then it’s given you need a kit no matter the cost. Aftermarket clutch is required with any upgraded turbo as stock clutch tends to slip after 250wtq. Tuner would be needed even with 27Won and PRL since basemaps are ok to run but not for long. 27won turbo is $1592.71 and it’s only the turbo and direct bolts on just as Pure is. cheapest option for PRL Turbo Kit is $2599.99 not to mention it requires you to buy a manual boost controller and change everything from the turbo inlet pipe to the turbo and requires the new PRL downpipe only for the kit but that’s all in the kit. Not to mention you’ll need stickier tires to the amount of wheel spin you’ll get.

PRL life also requires a Cobra intake.

With the PRL kit you would lose the electronic boost controller unless you bought an external electronic boost controller which would add more complexity and cost. Even with an external electronic boost controller you would lose the Ktuner quick enables. The PRL would also require a custom tune too. That being said, it does look very cool in the engine bay and would generate more peak power. It would just have a little more lag then the W1. The W1 Ktuner basemap would be fine with the 27Won.

The pure turbo also requires a core or refundable charge. I just don’t see any benefit to this over the 27won, still cool tho

The Gen 2 GTX2860R is the prudent choice IMO. It Can optimize stronger power through the RPM with lower PSI (23 vs 29); and that power curve is achieved on 93Oct vs an E85 blend and is a discernible decrease in both pressure and heat. That alone, is a testament to efficiency.
An E85 blend can still be incorporated for further safety. An owner can opt for TWO tunes - one for straight Pump Gas and the other with E85 blend.
Power modifications are never on the cheap side. The tendency is to lean toward the cheapest quickest route and a purchaser will eventually get returned what they paid for.

Nonetheless, each and everyone's decision is there own.

I may be in the market for a turbo upgrade. Currently running an Si turbo on Non-Si. THIS is looking really interesting to me right now. Surprised more people have not posted up anything about it. Not too concerned about midrange torque since I've reduced my wheel/tire weight by 25%. So the CVT won't have to do as much twisting (or 25% less resistance to twisting) of the wheels/tires.

Anyone else have dyno plots on this? Comments? Gonna look through Innovative Motorwork's Facebook for more dyno plots.

This turbo seems to perform a lot like the W1. If the cost is about the same across the two, I think it makes more sense to go with the completely new turbo as opposed to an upgraded factory turbo. I have seen some deals on the upgrade though, not to mention some very aggresively priced used W1's going around.

Another one worth looking at is the drop in that @RV6 has in development. Last I heard it was launching this summer.

How much power could you get running this pure450 on 92 pump gas? I've did a bunch of search and couldn't find a single on that posted number on pump gas.
