2017/2016 Front bumper swap

Has anyone ever tried to fit a 2017 Hatchback front bumper the ones with fog lights in a 2016 coupe/sedan (with fog lights)?. I know the 2016 fog lights have to be replaced with 2017 ones. But I'm just wondering if the whole swap is possible.

The Honda Sensing radar uses a different panel but if you don't have HS, it could be possible.

Yeah I have the EX-L with Nav so no Honda Sensing lol

also does anybody know what is the part number for the whole front bumper assembly?

I'm considering doing the opposite. I have a hatch, but would rather have the less angry front end. The coupe/sedan Si front bumper is not the same as the hatchback front bumper, which worries me. What's the problem about sensing? The cover panel looks like it's in the same location.

Does anybody know of a sedan with the Si type bumper AND adaptive cruise control in another market?
If such a thing exists, it would be helpful to check some part numbers for it.

The radar plates don't line up with the other model's bumper cover. If you don't have adaptive cruise, your odds are much better.

It works guys! A base civic bumper will fit a hatchback sport. That mean front bumpers are interchangeable

Will the fog lights from the sport hatchback fit the sedan's fog light grill?

Fits, had to trim the fender lining by the bumper's corner to fit. I guess the sport HB bumper is slightly flared at the bottom corner.
Fog light fits as well.

Anyone know if the 2019 Si front bumper fits the 2019 Sports sedan? I'm looking to swap my sports bumper for the Si one

Yes, the front bumper on hatchback, coupe and sedan are interchangeable for all years civic chassis,16-19.

The refresh grill on the 2019, however, could only be fixed on the 19 bumper.
