Where is my TSP stage 1???

Hey guys,

Recently bought my Ktuner from TSP with Stage 1 tune, and I’ve just received it in the mail. When I was looking at the tunes to upload it into my Ktuner V2 I saw there was no TSP tune. What do I do? Does TSP email the tune to you or were they suppose to pre-upload it before i got my actual device? I’ve already emailed them, but would like to know inputs on this situation.

You can't upload to a device until it's been locked to a vehicle. They send you the file. Email them.
