It doesn’t matter what make car somebody drives I’ve seen people in Honda civics drive like idiots and I own one people are going to drive the way they do in any vehicle

Theres actually quite a few the new generation of ricer likes really big wangs and lots of camber so much camber the car barely functions idk anymore lol

The +R lever in my car is for if I want to add more rice, it's pretty convenient and nice.

Interestingly, I never had impression that I’m not being seen. That’s because the principle of defensive driving is to always assume you may not be seen. Instead, make sure you are being seen. If you assume you “should” be seen, ergo you ARE being seen, you will need a very good auto and health insurance

In fact, the expectation to be always seen, no matter how fast you go relative to the speed limit, how fast, surprising and sneaky manouvers you make, how you drive in someone’s possible blind spot, and whatever car they’re driving is the very essence of an egocentric attitude.

The most annoying are people zooming through parking lots or neighborhoods with extremely slow traffic, where they sneak upon people getting out of parking spaces and driveways. They believe they should be seen, because they are ME. They are often disappointed with the consequences.

All drivers will never be constantly aware of their current situation to a fraction of a second, even without phones. That’s a fact, which will never change. Many things can change, but this is not one of them. Smart people adjust to the reality and don’t waste time on musings how it “should” be.

I sympathize with this more than i ever thought possible. I was clipped once in a parking lot just after i bought my ‘18 sport hatch and have been run off the road and into curbs multiple times because people claim they dont see me. MY RIMS LOOK LIKE I TOOK A DREMEL TO THEM

What color? My MSM civic seems to be invisible to other drivers always seems to be someone doing dumb shit or blindly cutting me off. The girlfriends Agean blue is a worry free drive. I think the dark gray blends in too well. Think I have to upgrade to a red coupe. It's a safety concern.

My Civic is black, which is a hard color for some folks to see, even with the LED DRLs. I'm astounded by the number of fools who drive in the rain or snow without their headlights on. Especially the ones without daytime running lights.

My biggest pet-peeve is tailgaters. Sometimes I'm going well over the speed limit and some nut job will come up on my a$$. Then I will move out of their way ASAP and they refuse to pass me. I've even had folks move over with me and continue to tailgate. I don't have any interesting bumper stickers for them to read and I don't make any moves like I want to race, so WTF are they doing there behind me?

In Florida they post on the highways to turn on your lights in the rain because in the summertime it doesn’t rain it comes down in buckets and you hardly see and a lot of cars don’t have they headlights on and most of them are grey color

And I had someone almost sideswipe me on the way home!!! How in the EFF do you not see the BLACK car with WHITE snow all over the GD place in the broad daylight!!!

Snow ? It was 55° where I'm at...you don't have this probably since you live in a snowy place, but how about people that drive on summer tires when it's winter ? Irks me..people in Virginia and snow= cluster

I so wish this was true... Quebec has mandatory winter tires but NB does not. It is very common where I live (Somewhat hilly) that people get stuck going up hill and block everyone behind them...

My sister lives in Lubbock and used to live in DFW and she gets a kick out watching those folks not at all know how to deal with ice or snow.
