I am surprised there are so many people from Dayton, and I have only seen a couple SIs in Dayton.

Well sedans are the most popular here. I’ve only seen one of my silver coupes and that was before I bought this car.

So apparently my CTR has a twin somewhere nearby. My dad spotted another Sonic Gray Type R heading west on I-70 in Columbus this evening. Would that happen to be one of you awesome people?

I'm in a white coupe that runs around Riverside/Kettering, UD, and Jefferson Township/Germantown areas. I'll keep an eye out for your blue one and give a Toot! if I see you. I also wave at any Si I see.

I might’ve seen you on Wilmington pike the other day as I was driving home.

Cambridge, Ohio for the most part...San Antonio, Texas in the winter months. Spent most of my life in Ohio. I have a red 2018 Si Coupe.

This is an odd request to say the least - but are there any Columbus CTR owners that would trade cars with me for a couple days? I have a Tesla Model 3, and would really like to live with a CTR and see what its like. Owned all sorts of vehicles (honda fan at heart) - and kinda miss having a special car with a soul. PM me, I'm in the Dublin area.

Just got done meeting up with @NoHonor937 at the Dayton Auto Show. Show was alright. @NoHonor937 is a legit decent fella. Nice time.

Gotta say, surprisingly, out of all the cars there, the two that seemed to get the most attention, were a Jeep Rubicon I just learned it's actually called Gladiator) with a truck bed (it was nice but all jeeps suck as daily drivers) and... Drumroll please... The Honda Civic Type R. The ctr was parked with its lights on but at the back of the Honda booth. There were probably 7 people around it when we walked up, mostly older than the 41 that I am. Lots of people talking about it.

My take as an si driver? I like the dashboard better on the ctr. Seats, to me, felt either the same or slightly more supportive and bolstery on the Si. Ctr steering wheel is nicer, the wing is ridiculous. All the scoops and vents and lips on the ctr are cool. Volume knob is a turd, it's an afterthought like the size of a pencil and felt insulting, while the accord's was really nice (accord's whole screen and interface was much better).

Winner of the show, for me, was... I don't know... I liked a corvette grand prix (I think), a Mercedes amg convertible, a Cadillac coupe that looked very slick but I wouldn't really want one, ctr minus the wing plus a coupe, and maybe Acura type a tsx/isx (I don't remember what the two of them are called but they looks mean), oh and I always really want to like Buicks, the regal gs was pretty nice.

Edit to correct the Jeep name.

Oh wow I’m sure somebody might be willing to switch if you’re legit about it.
