Winter tires would be an inferior choice in my case, since I don't actually experience conditions that require me to drive on snow. The temperature is my primary concern. In my experience, daily driving with snow tires on clear pavement would quickly lead to tons of tread wear.
I'm quite happy with my all weathers~ Toyo Celsius

Actual temps as low as zero, with wind chill around -20. Or it could be like now, where it's about 25 F out with a wind chill of 19 F. Appreciate the recommendation - I've heard great things about the Pilot Sport 4S Summer tires, so hopefully the A/S variant is just as good.

Hmm, looks like the Michelins don't come in 265/30 or 265/35

Yeah in your case I think you're right.
What about checking into a set of High Performance Winter tires? I think they basically use a more cold-weather friendly compound but come in a pattern that still gives pretty good grip.
I don't have any experience with any of these - out here in York PA I end up driving in mostly wet slush if anything but I take the wheels off at the first sign of 60°+ and go back to summers.

I have a love and hate relationship with our factory tires. Supposedly last less than 10k miles?!? I’m looking for all season tires but can’t find it in our stock size. Is there another option in tire size for our stock rims?

The only all season tire available for the stock rims are the Nitto NeoGen. They are great in dry weather (assuming 60-70F) and are ok in the rain and light snow.

Thanks, I’ll look into those. Now to find a place that could put those on without scratching my rims

Most tire shops should be able to do both Discount Tire for example can order the tires and mount them. I did mine through NTB, though that particular tire isn't offered on their website anymore, I'm sure they can still order some if you asked. Upon searching for all seasons, I did come across the Nankang NS-25 as well, though it looks to be a pretty cheap tire. They look like they are harder tires with a higher speed rating, keep in mind that the Neo Gen is only rated for 168 MPH, so don't top out that Type R at 169 :p
