Broke the horizontal/vertical pin/gromet for mirrors. Need to find a replacement!

First time on this forum, and wondering if someone had the same issue and could help me out.

I have a 2018 Honda Civic Type R and purchased some Carbon Fibre mirror caps from synth carbon. I was trying to save some money and decided to do the install myself. I live in the great white north of Ontario, Canada and it was fairly cold outside when I was doing this. I followed steps properly from the many youtube videos online and I ended up breaking a small gromet/pin that controls the horizontal/vertical angle of the mirrors. I think the cold really made the plastic brittle which is why I ended up snapping it... I'm looking to get a replacement for it but I don't know where I can find them. I've searched online through OEM sites and I haven't found anything for that specific piece. I haven't contacted a dealership at their parts desk yet and I thought I'd try here first to see if anybody else had this problem and was able to find replacement parts.

The actuator rod?

Have you called your local honda parts department? They may be able to get the one piece, versus having to buy the whole assembly piece (what I've typically seen in parts catalogs)

The synth caps and their new grill are just abs plastic with a “carbon” coating and the clear coat will start to peel off after a while unless ur car is garaged all the time...They’re buying it from China and reselling...

I broke one of the actuator rods trying to pop it out to put in a new mirror because I cracked the original mirror lol... Update if you have found any!!
