I went to the dealership today to fix an alignment issue as it was steering to the left. After the first alignment, I went to drive it then it was leaning to the left this time so I bought it back. The second time I notice it still not going in a straight line when I lift my hand off the steering wheel. The road conditions is good as I didn't went over any bumps or neither was on the crown of the right side of the road.

It is within spec but I personally like to have the camber even on both sides. If you don’t have a camber kit the rear is not adjustable but I would not have left with a half degree difference up front.

Its probably as good as it gets (without pulling assembly pins on the struts)...steer ahead and total toe look good.
Only other possible issue would be if you weigh a lot...I always did 200+ lbs customers cars alignment with the driver/weight on the seat to get it really spot on.

I am only 110, it just weird when I first driving, I could go for a couple hundred feet in a straight line and no problems

Gotcha...I get it though...sometimes even an alignment thats in spec does not feel right to the driver. A good tech should work to get it right. Id get them to go on a ride along and explain it as you drive.

THIS! I'm 220 and the Honda dealer has gotten only 1 out of 3 alignments right. They either get the car going straight and the wheel is crooked, or they straighten the wheel and the car pulls. It's been a source of unhappiness for me with my 2016 Civic, and I've gotten tired of going back. May try another dealer.
The alignment was perfect when the car was brand new so you can't blame my body... I just think the alignment process is missing a consideration here, a lot of the time.

Same here for the 2006 I pulled brand enw off their lot. Went back and they refused to fix the crooked steering wheel or the fact that it wouldn't track straight.

I'd just take it back with the "going straight alignment" and adjust the tie rods to straighten the steering wheel. I've had this issue with multiple cars and can't stand an off center steering wheel, dealers around here can never get it right. Gotten so used to adjusting the rods that it takes me less than 20min from putting it on ramps to taking it down. Never had un-even tire wear from doing it. Just draw a straight line, loosen the bolt, turn forward or backward depending on how your wheel is off, tighten bolts, re-measure, test drive. If the steering wheel is sitting at 11 or 1 rather than 12 o clock, it takes about a quarter inch of a turn. Need a 14mm and 3/4 wrench.

My steering wheel leans to the right a little bit. I give a gentle pull on each side of the stirring wheel . The left side will get straight to the center while the right side returns slightly towards right. This bugs me a lot recently. It feels like the right pull spring is weaker than the left one. Not sure if I should take it to the dealer.

When I bought the car, its steering wheel was tilted to the left as well, but my dealer aligned it perfectly.

Looks to me like shifting the subframe could solve the cross camber issue up front.

I’ve rarely if ever had a car that went straight with a perfectly straight steering wheel after an alignment. I recently had to have an alignment due to busting a tire and bending a rim. I will say the dealer got it perfect and after almost 12k miles, all 4 wheels were out of spec or very close to it.

My opinion is that any car that has a taught suspension and low profile tires on big ass rims, isn’t going to stay perfectly aligned for long. Mine is already out a little in 1k miles.

Most roads are pretty rough on alignments this time of year, especially around here. I actually do alignments on a daily basis, mostly on cars that have been repaired after a collision. If you look at OP's alignment sheet, you will notice the cross camber (difference between the front two tires) is shifted to one side. I have corrected this many times by shifting the suspension crossmember. This car needs a shift towards the driver's side to correct the excessive positive camber on the left, and the excessive negative camber on the right. It is easier than it may sound...

Well update on the whole story is that my alignment was good. But the steering rack itself wasn't good. I got it replaced a few months ago under warranty. The problem I was having was that the steering wheel would become jerky and would locked up at corner. If anybody is reading this and wondering why their steering is messed up, it could be your alignment or steering rack

That's patently unsafe. Hope they get to the root of what caused it.
