Metallic sound when decelerating

I have a 2019 fk8 built OCT, 2018 and let me tell you, that same noise has been there's since I’ve had the car stock.. Intercooler, dp, full cat back with tune the noise is still there and strong! It’s very annoying but thank god I’m not keeping the car.. and the transmission is still shit.. had to throw that in there. Honestly the car still sounds great with or without the noise it definitely doesn’t sound like the accord that posted in the previous post but it’s something like that...

It comes deom inside of the actuator.... I do hope that someone will figure out how to fix this....

Best of luck. Definitely let us know how it goes.
When I called Honda Customer Service last week they admitted that there is an issue with a noise coming from the turbo/wastegate setup so do bring that up as well!

Please call and report the issue. The more people call and report it the bigger chances that Honda will actually do something about it....

I've said it multiple times its normal for the CTR, suck it up until the TSB.

I have this exact same issue, taken it to the dealership...they says its nothing.... It is extremely annoying if you are driving with the windows down.

It's definitely not the LSD. No official fix as of yet.

According to the latest email I received from American Honda Customer Service they are investigating the issue...

I hate this! I park in a parking garage for work. Whenever I let off the gas in there it is so loud. Like a spinning, grinding sound. I figured if I took it in they'd have no clue what I'm talking about

I believe this issue is in every CTR, i have heard that its is the waste gate actuator all the way to something in the rotor. If anyone ever gets an answer/RECALL from Honda, please post on the forum so that we can all benefit from the information!

Honestly it doesn't look like Honda will do anything about it. Very dissapointing and it really shows how much they care about their enthusiasts.

2019 CTR with 600 miles here. I just noticed this while driving with the windows down for the first time yesterday. I was worried that my breaks were stuck or something.
