2016 Civic EX Passenger door issue

Noticed the other day that my passenger door controls stopped working and my passenger window would not go down or up. Not sure if its due to water because of the snow maybe some got in the door. It will lock from drivers door or by key fob push button but other then that the control is not working anyone have issues like this and found an answer?
