New(ish) LX owner here in Baton Rouge. It's my first time with a CVT, and after having driven stick for the past 10 years I find myself constantly reaching for the shift knob.

I drive my GF'a CVT Fit often and it leaves a lot to be desired. At least the Civic can handle a little bit of added torque and power to make it more enjoyable/zippy.

I am coming from a 2010 WRX with upgraded sways, so I’m definitely feeling a withdrawal in overall performance, but I am enjoying the gas mileage and upgrade in interior build. I know it’ll never be a power plant or handling beast, so I’m now planning what subtle changes I can make to just enjoy it some more.

I downgraded a few times in my journey back to Honda's. Civic EX to FRS to BMW Z4M Coupe, I think my goal with this car is really to enjoy it with minimal modification.

That is pretty much my approach to this car as well. Done anything to yours thus far?

I don't normally have any business in Westwego, just drive though. Pretty much frequent marrero, Belle Chasse(work) and Lafitte.
