I park my Civic on my driveway and drive it every other day, but it is so annoying how it gets dirty from just sitting in the driveway. The light showers seem to be getting my car dirty by leaving dust dirt remnants all over my car. I didn't drive it last week for about 4 days and almost thought there was a grey civic in my driveway instead of my black lol.
I've been thinking of getting a car cover so after I wash it, it would actually stay clean for longer than just 4 days. What is your opinion on doing this? I know some don't suggest using a cover daily as it could leave hairline scratches, but are there covers that would be designed for daily use?
Also my other concern is that I would need to get a well-fitted/strapped down car cover that won't get blown off by the very strong winds that blow down my street.

There is forsure a cover out there that will work for you. You'll want to find one with a microfiber liner, so it picks dirt up, but won't scratch the paint. Also, don't use the cover unless the car is clean, like really clean. I would pick up a good bottle of detailing spray (we like griots garage) and some microfibers, That way you can give it a quick wipedown before putting the cover on.
