New Honda SUV announced: 2019 Passport

Looks like a long wheelbase CRV

5 seat pilot.. like a Ford Edge is to a Ford Explorer.. Keep slicing up that SUV pie!

This Suv its going to sell very well, its right in the sweet spot that everyone is looking for. V6 , No CVT and its just a little bit smaller then the full size Pilot and light Years better then the CR-V car like set up.

So glad they are going a new direction and axing the CVT on this ! Finally Honda ! lol

They didn't axe the CVT. They literally used the Pilot's powertrain. They're going for off-road capable vehicle, so they couldn't use the 1.5T w/ CVT powertrain from the CR-V.

I love the Passport, and I really want it! It's not as big as a Pilot, but with the powertrain of the Pilot, and bigger/more powerful than a CR-V.
