Nice post, I’m glad you enjoy them.

I had racelands myself for about a year before I had to get a more dedicated track coilover with a custom spring rate.
For the price, they’re unbeatable. Ride quality sucked tremendously but nobody buys 300 dollar full bodied coils for their quality. They’ll get you low on a budget, and their warranty is pretty good. The only thing that I question is their longevity. Keep us updated with any issues that may arise.

They're stiff, but it's really not bad. I have no issues with mine. Wish they had more adjustment

20k on mine now. No issues other than periodically i get a clicking noise while turning the wheel. Its the lock collar on the front coil (right front to be exact) slightly backing off. So every 3 months i have to tighten the lock collars for height adjustment. It doesnt completley loosen, its just slightly snug. Enough for it to click while stationary and the wheel turns. A slight pull with the spanner wrench and its fine again. They're still really quiet other than that. No clunking etc.

Still happy with them 20k later.

So I rode them for about a month...couldn’t do it. Ride was too harsh for me. My daily commute is about 70 miles so I need something comfortable. I ended up buying an eibach pro kit and I’ll eventually pair them with some bilstein shocks or something. Glad to see you folks are enjoying them though.

Still having problems with the lock collar backing off? And they still hold up ride wise

The ride isnt too bad for me. I mean, its stiffer, for sure. But thats to be expected with coils. Rides good on the roads around me. I could see the ride being too much if you live in a area with really shitty/neglected streets, but you wouldnt want to go with coilovers period if you have really crappy streets. Another guy commented that he didnt really like the ride, because it was too bouncy, but he had just installed them. He hasn't commented after adjusting, so not too sure on his opinion yet. My other half has a stock 18 sport touring, there's a difference in ride between the two, But its not a big difference TBH, you feel more of the road with the racelands, but the feel of bigger potholes etc. Is pretty similar. Im happy with them. No wierd clunking or noises. Amazing handling, feel much more locked down hugging those corners when your spirited driving.

Hey OP, have you played around with the dampening settings? Curious to see how much those can really adjust.
Also, on Raceland's site, it looks like I would need to use my stock top hats, did you buy it from them and have to supply your stock top hats?

I have not been in here in a long time. Thought I'd check back in. Still running the racelands. I have put about 60,000 kms on them now. I have not had any issues with the collars backing off anymore.

I have started to get a little chatter in the back driving around. At first I thought it was the spare tire partition (pressboard cover under carpet) rattling around, but I've put it up in the air and taken the rear wheels off, and found the issue. The rear bushings in the lower shock mount are worn (rubber eyes in the lower shock that the bolt passes through to mount) theyre still in tact, but the hole has stretched causing a bit of rattling.

im going to look into them and see if that is something that is included in the warranty. Other than that, no other issues! Will report back if covered or not.

These do not have dampening settings. They're is just preload and height adjustment. They do come with non adjustable top hats so they can be bolted in as a new assembly. If you're wanting to be able to adjust camber/castor you would want to purchase a set of adjustable top hats. When I spoke to raceland way back when they first released these, they said that may be something they look at including in the future, no idea if they have or not now.
