SynthCarbon Upcoming Release

Synthcarbon and I have been working hard on upcoming releases for carbon fiber pieces for our 10thgen community. The next release is going to be the carbon fiber door handles. These are still in the works, but I will let you guys know whenever these are available.

These will be sold for coupe and sedan.
I don't know the price yet, been waiting on Synth's reply.
Not sure either, but will be announced soon!

I'm 99.9999999% sure those are overlays with 3M on the back. I've had similar ones before and they look and work great.

One question. Why don't the handles have the driver's side keyhole?

These are prototypes and he gave me these to show a sneak peek of what's coming. I'm sure he will make the driver's side with keyhole.

They're in the works!
Updating right now these will be released tomorrow. 2 door and 4 door handles will be different pricing. The 2 door is going to be cheaper than the 4 door. These will be 3M tape due to the cost. If it was real carbon fiber replacement handle without 3M tape it will cost ridiculous amount.

Sucks that they're limiting it to the base/non-push button start models. Covering the physical keyhole doesn't seem like a good workaround. I guess I'll just keep my $19.99 fake carbon ones with a keyhole opening.

Sadly yes..

I actually think I misspoke. These aren't fully compatible with any model. I have push button start but a keyhole on the driver's side. This doesn't have the keyhole. And the base models have keyholes obviously. Why on earth did they do this?

All over Ebay you can have your pick of covers with the keyhole cutout. I own a set and they look fine but I wanted to upgrade to real carbon fiber.

And just so you know, prying off the cover in the case of a dead fob to get to the keyhole will be a royal pain. 3M sticks to painted surfaces (like door handles) like glue. Trust me, I've removed these from door handles before and it's tough.

Not trying to derail your thread, just confused as to why these are being sold like this. I was totally looking forward to buying these.

Does the actual functional keyhole really look that awful? Color me bummed.

I suppose anyone that really wanted one these and needed the keyhole could drill one before installing it couldn't they?

Note: I am not one of these people, I was just mentioning that for those that are bummed about it being missing
