Video not available sadly.

When my 2017 hatchback got rear ended I took it to the place I dealt with before (insurance companies preferred shop as well) and the guy drove my car around the parking lot like a maniac, heard one gear grind, smashed pot holes at high speeds and nearly hit another car that was coming around the corner.

It was dealt with pretty quickly (ie. the driver guy got fired)

My sales rep picked up my car from my job and drove it to the dealership to be tinted and drove it back. I checked my dash cam footage when he brought it back. He drove it like a grandma. He must have seen the dash cam. Lol
Your situation would have me fired up.

I insisted that I ride a long for any test drives when I brought my car in for service yesterday. From the way they treated the request and kept saying, "We can't keep the tech waiting", I knew they were going to test drive and "Ooops, we tried to get you but you weren't available. They took it out for a test drive, no big deal." Not that it mattered because they refused to do the warranty work anyways.

I was going to get a long term Honda care warranty, but fuck that if all they're going to do is nickel and dime me to death and not honor their warranty.

In all fairness I think odyssey elites cost more and I'm sure they get treated the same...they should of made it like a ilx type r or something maybe? Idk acura dealers are waaaay better tho

holy crap. That dealership owes you at minimum a new clutch. That girl did not know how to drive stick and never shifted past 1st and Reverse. Probably misshifted into 3rd and had a hard time getting going. "I just had it!" lol...

edit: OP hasnt been active for over a year. Prob wont hear back.
