Go into the settings and switch the Lane Watch camera to "manual" instead of "auto". I got tired of the same thing, and now it only comes on when I want it to.

No lumbar support and uncomfortable seats, the radio turns off when turning off the car, the ride is on the rough side but doesn't really bother me, not enough power (will tune in a year) the hd radio behaves weird sometimes. Otherwise a great ex t cvt.

A lot of my minor complaints can be fixed after purchase. I'll be eventually upgrading the radio, speakers, cloth inserts, etc. The only thing I'd like to be done differently is for the console to be lower. I feel like it would make shifting easier.

Also, I'd add that I'd like for the car to be RWD. Fun factor goes up by 5x

The 5" HU voice control! It makes me want to punch it every single time I try to dial a number!

Old thread but this is mine;
On coupe (Si) when accessing the back seats the front seats don’t return to their adjusted position, you have to adjust again every time, other car makers have had this figured out for decades....

Have my 2019 EX-L one whole day now, and my first overall impressions are great.

However, there are two annoyances that I have found thus far:

1. It takes more effort than I'm accustomed to to shut both front doors, coming in or out. When I shut it as I normally would my other cars. it doesn't completely shut and I have to slam it harder. Is wonder if this normal with the Civics?

2. No memory seat position, This sucks because once I find the perfect position, I want it to remain. Now, if my wife takes it for a spin, I'll have to attempt to find that perfect spot again. Also, on a long drive, I sometimes adjust the seat when I'm feeling fatigued in one area, but want the ability to go back to my seating position.

That's about it for now.

Really like my 2019 Touring coupe, just a few tweeks I
'd like:
Swap the lanewatch for blind spot detection ( both sides)
a bit more padding in the seats & adjustable lumbar support
led fog lights to match the headlights
radio stays on for 20 minutes or so after ignition is off
better horns so you don't have to upgrade them, I installed the Accord horns, they work just fine, Honda has them in their parts bin, would be very cheap to do on a factory level, the stock horn is pathetic and almost embarrassing.
That 's about it, probably could come up with more, but that's what I come up with now, really like the car.

i really hate the amount of dirt and small rocks is here
when washing car there is always some small rocks there and i am affraid to go near that place with sponge
it doesnt matter normal hose, power washer when water flows off always some dirt will apear maybe i will use some silicone
in that gap

seats are not supporting enough (seating part) also really delicate fabric


i did like 3000 miles on civic and i still have no idea how fast i can corner so i am still afraid to push it in hard
that sucks when once u had owned really low and stiff car with shitload of grip u get used to that feedback, despite back pains haha
otherwise i love civic it it is joy to ride looks great and it is plenty fast form normal users

but i do miss this handling of swift what a fun little toy that was
lowered 2.9" on coilovers

I hate the electronic ebrake and the cup holders. Coming from a 8th gen 6sp civic, the cup holders were positioned correctly even with a large water bottle there. The electronic ebrake is just wack and annoying

Worst thing for me is the way the climate controls are within the HU screen why they couldnt have just stuck with normal controls is beyond me.

I don't know if I'm just using it wrong but when I turn on Bluetooth for the console it'll only connect for calls only automatically and I'll have to manually connect it as an audio device to play some music.

I see numerous comments regarding the radio. If you have the CVT, turn off the car in neutral. The radio will remain on until you shift it into park.

The brake hold and economy buttons. I hate it. I wish it was placed somewhere else.
