It looks like it's having some sort of identity crisis. It doesn't know whether it wants to be a Lexus, FRS/BRZ, or Z4. It will definitely turns heads, but I'm not a fan. Also not thrilled that it's a collaboration project. Feels like a cash grab even if they claim it isn't. If they really wanted to cater to collector's and enthusiasts, I feel it should have been a 100% Toyota project.

Supra is obviously gonna be more expensive than a Civic, they're in completely different leagues, you can't compare the two really. Car has a lot of modding potential too, would love to see the same enthusiast following for that B58 engine as it was for the 2JZ.

Anyone think Supra and current CTR will have collector potential down the road like the S2K or MK4 has now?

CTR right now seems to be what S2K was when it came out. People are using it for the track mainly and it has name cred to it.
