Of course it doesn’t happen so often during more extensive services because those are done by people who actually may deserve the „(trained) technician” label. Fluid changes, on the other hand, are done by the same boys that serve you hamburgers at mcdonalds.
... It’s about reducing the payroll costs.
This...^
I've worked 10+years at the dealer service dept.
Dealers call it a different name such as quick-lube, express service or what not. These are service that can be done quickly by a person with minimal onsite training. These are the high school kids. I can teach a monkey how to rotate tires, drain and fill oil +filter change. These are minimum wage jobs. They learn on the job under supervision and usually there is someone to help them out if needed.
These services are performed by different tech than your check engine light problem.
These lube techs do not need to go to a technical collage to perform such service.
However, they can do their jobs well, if they are not stoned or distracted by twitter snapchat or whatnot... or sometimes get called off to top of this old lady's windshield wiper fluid and when they come back they forgot to tighten the drain plug.
They can make a mistake like anyone else.
Some dealers install new drainplug everytime and torque to spec every time. Example: my VW dealer did this, even when first 3 oil change was free.
If a quart of your oil leaked out, nothing bad will happen to your engine if the car was driven only for a short time.

im currently at 2,150 miles. When do you sugguest getting an oil change? Also do i need any other fluids changed?
Just follow the maintenance minder. When your oil hits 15% oil life, that's when you should bring in your car for a change. Plus when your service is due, your car will tell you anyway. For the first service, all you need is an oil change a tire rotation if you want, nothing else.

Interestingly enough I went to the dealerrater website as suggested by @kg4fxg and I found the dealer I went to (Autonation Honda of Dulles) and the service reviews are quite awful compared to the rest in the area. On Google though, they have a near 5 star rating so its weird how theres that much of a difference.

Will be taking this car to the dealer where I bought it at from now on (Honda of Tysons Corner) because I know for a fact that they're good. Havent picked up the car yet because im currently in NYC for business, but will be driving back home soon and will pick up the car and talk to service manager today. I called yesterday to speak with him and he said he'd call me back but never did, why am I not surprised.
My dealer kept pushing for a good review on Google. In fact I was promised a free oil change if I did so.
You have to trust me when I say this, but Google reviews are so easily faked 90% of dealers and mechanic shops have a majority of fake reviews. Don't ask me how I know...;)

You should be able to quickly determine if your engine fluid levels are normal. With that amount of liquid on the ground you would see a drop in something (radiator, engine oil, brake fluid etc or some combination of those). If all fluid levels are 100% normal then you'd move to a less likely source of fluid, like a CV boot. Should be easy to find the source.
