Fk8 on a tow truck

Went out for a cruise yesterday. Very shocking to see this...
Downtown Philadelphia

Was it wrecked or just broken down? Probably over tuned and driven hard without being warmed up. Maybe someone money shifted. Who knows...

That driver window could have been busted out instead of just down.

Or it could be an old fashioned repo.

A repo in Philly? No way.

I wouldn’t let them drag mine that way. I asked for a flat bet style tow. Honda wouldn’t do a flat repair under HondaCare without having the whole car there. I told them I could bring the wheel and they refused and had to tow the whole car.

No obvious damage and the style of tow makes me think repo. A lot of them have those drop down style hitches so they can attach the car and drive around the corner to properly secure it.

Owner just may have been cooperative and provided the keys - which is why the window may be down?

All guesses based on this one picture. lol

I was thinking the same thing. I my FK8 had a flat tire I would do the same but would request for a flat bed tow truck.

I am betting blown tire... Had that happen already and even though I requested a flat bed they showed up with a tow truck like this... Pissed was an under statement... haha

If you zoom in very closely on the windshield, it could be an optical illusion, it looks like broken glass.
But to what others have said, a flat tire is suspect too. I don't know roads in Philly that go well with those tires.
