So you'd be perfectly okay buying this car used after watching this video?
When I was younger I bought a USED car....

I found this weird green leafty substance under the passenger seat.

Needless to say I had this sudden urge to smoke it.

Then I did the meanest f***ing burnout and sent it.

Then I sold the car.

Great used car buying experience.

Only harm done was to his tires....
Aaahhh.... no.
Clutch, transmission, flywheel, axles & CV’s, engine & transmission mount.
And bouncing it off the rev limiter like that surely isn’t the healthiest for all the rotating internals.

That type of hoonage typically happens right before getting visited by the repo man.

Anyone who’s ever been to the track and actually dragged their car, do this.

Surprised people get bend out of shape for something that every drag racer does when before they line up at the tree at the track or before a race. If you see that he has KTuner then you should know that he has a limiter set in place that protects and helps you with a no lift shift. He simply bounced off it. If you are watching this from this forum, you already have your own 10th gen, so buying or buying this or whatever ain’t in your future. Why get all riled up about something that won’t affect you?

It ain’t that serious ....

I think the OP's point is being missed... it's understood that people who race have to warm up their tires. We're not talking about racing. We're talking about not buying a used performance car because of what the video shows. Regardless of whether the owner was doing a burnout because he was preparing to race or just felt like letting the Magic Smoke out of his tires, that the EXACT reason why I don't like buying used cars.

Mustang GT, Subaru Crosstrek, shopping for a Civic Si (previously owned 9 Hondas)
It's scary what some people do to cars, and how quickly a new car can be ruined.

I'm shopping for a 2019 Civic Si Coupe, but along the way also looked at some other cars. I like the last generation Accord Coupe with a V6 and 6 speed, and shopped around. I saw one with only 2,000 miles, one owner. Sounds good, right? But the CarFax showed that the clutch had been replaced on the car. I dug into it, and the dealer was honest enough to tell me the story. Apparently, the owner's son 'borrowed' the car, didn't know how to drive a stick, and destroyed the clutch, flywheel, and some other parts. All were replaced at just 100 miles. The car then sat for a year, until the selling dealer bought it - and various salespeople put the remaining 2,000 miles on it. A car with such a colorful history is not one I would want to own.

I also (briefly) considered a VW Beetle convertible (hey, I'm an old hippie). I saw one on line at CarMax, which I thought had a reputation for selling premium cars at equally premium pricing. It was only 3 years old and with under 20,000 miles. When I went to look at the car, there were a number of things I thought were very suspicious. First, the convertible top was covered in heavy mold and mildew. I found heavy deposits of silt and mud in many nooks and crannies, particularly below about knee level - under the carpets, underneath all the lower moldings and weather-stripping, on low horizontal surfaces in the engine compartment and trunk, in the fender welting. All of this suggested to me that the car had been in a flood - even though the CarFax was clean.

Whenever I've gone car shopping, I usually start out thinking I'll buy used, and save some money. But then I see a couple of cars like this and it sends me rushing back to only considering new. There seem to be so many 'stories' out there, seemingly low-mileage late-model cars with such 'colorful' histories. I'm too old to get ripped off. I like the reassurance of a new car warranty.

What the hell was he doing to destroy the clutch that quickly. I knew the basics before buying my first manual, but I still had to learn on the vehicle.

What do you mean destroy the clutch? The car was making 260WHP and 360WTQ on the stock clutch, it was already destroyed lol

Visited by the repo man? Is that insinuating that I am a young kid who can't afford the car? How would you gather the repo will come just from a burnout video? Please explain lol

I don't see how this is worse than people turning up the boost and doing full send runs over and over.

If you got it inspected and it's still under warranty, I don't see why not (350z will not be). I would be equally concerned if I tuned my vehicle since I know that my warranty could be voided and I could have issues with my clutch.
